C604GR je GPON ONT jednotka s jedním RF video portem a 4 Gigabit Ethernet porty pro servisní funkce. Jednotka poskytuje vysoký výkon, personalizované služby s mnoha funkcemi včetně přenosu videa (IPTV), hlasu, vysokorychlostního internetu a CATV analogové služby.

C604GR funguje standardně v bridge modu a zajišťuje funkce jako je Q-in-Q, VLAN translation, VLAN trunking, VLAN tagging/detagging, což poskytuje poskytovatelům služeb univerzální podmínky pro nastavaní sítě dle vlastních požadavků. OAM funkce kompatibilní se standardy OMCI usnadňují pohodlnější a efektivnější provoz sítě.
